Due to the high demand of our stylists, Studio 4 Salon may require a credit card to hold each reservation. In the event that you have to reschedule a reservation, Studio 4 Salon requires 48 hours notice. Studio 4 Salon sends out confirmation emails 72 hours prior to the reservation to the email address provided upon booking, along with a reminder phone call reminder 24-72 hours prior to reservation if the reservation is not already confirmed.
If 48 hours notice is not given, the card on file will be charged 50% of the service that was scheduled to be performed. No shows are included under this policy.
Please be aware, if you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled reservation, we will not be able to guarantee that you will receive the full services to be performed by that stylist. Our team will do our best to accommodate your needs.
We understand emergencies happen and will consider the circumstances before applying the fee. We just ask that you respect our time and our other clients’ time as we do you!
